I am seeking one housemate to rent one of my 3 bedrooms. The rent is $700 ALL BILLS INCLUDED* plus a $700 refundable security deposit. I'm sorry, but we cannot accept dogs or cats due to my... personal allergies.

Located in Kendall Whittier West and within walking distance of The Pearl District, the house is also a convenient distance from many other places of interest including Tulsa University, Utica Square, several breweries, the Gathering Place, and downtown Tulsa. It would also be a great location for those who work at nearby hospitals!

The open bedroom is 104 square feet plus some built-in shelf space. I have included a floor plan that shows its dimensions.

The shared bathroom is located in the hall between the 2 housemates' bedrooms.

In addition to the floor plan, I have also included pictures of the room itself and the shared bathroom.

The kitchen, dining, and living room are fairly spacious common areas to which all housemates have access. All together the total square footage of the house is 1080 sq. ft. There is storage area not only in the room itself, but there are shelves in the house that housemates can use.

The house has central heat & air, fridge, gas oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. And the most awesome thing of living in the same house as the homeowner is that if any of the above breaks, you better believe I'm going to be getting them repaired or replaced immediately.
