While the complex is alright (it's just generic and bland), the policies imposed by the management are terrible. Essentially, their goal is to squeeze every possible penny of you. For example, they will not let you move in until the 5th of the month, but nevertheless charge you a whole month's rent. This is even true if you move in later in the month. I believe they do pro-rate but only if you move in after the middle of the month. These types of policies are pervasive and indicative of a... management company that does that particularly care about their tenants. this is reflected in the attitude of the employees, who are cold and act as if they are either incentivized to maximize profit or been burdened with such bad policies that they have to deal with the consequences everyday.
I would recommend that if you can find elsewhere to live, do so.
