The rent is one of the most affordable in local apartments. The office manager is incredibly nice, almost like having an extra mom. The pool is beautiful. They are up-front about half of the deposit being non-refundable. The apartment has very little storage space, but they also operate a storage unit rental property. The property is back into a wooded area, which keeps traffic down. So in my opinion this is a nicer complex overall than most.
