I want to say this review is not on Melanie she was very sweet professional and helpful. This review is on the property. Long story short was denied because of a repo that had fallen off my credit and a Verizon cell phone bill. Though I have great payment history as well as renters history. Wasted almost 80$ for that. These places are not that great to deny people for the stupidest reasons. Built in the 70s and a little rundown y’all need to rethink your policy on approval. Don’t waste your time... unless you have great credit like a 625 or higher and no life changing things on your credit you will just be out money. Ridiculous. If I could demand a refund I would but we know that won’t get any justice.

New Appliances
New Appliances, new flooring and carpeting. It is like giving an old car a new paint job and tires. Not a bad place at all for the price. Melody in the front office is very helpful and efficient in answering any questions.

Best Home Ever!
Best apartment ever! Have not had any issues since we've moved in. Maintenance is always there and quick when you need them, and the manager is so very nice and is always willing to help with any issues we may be having. We recommend these apartments to any and everyone!
