This is an excellent place to live! I lived here for over a year and loved it. The property is well taken care of. Everything is maintained, clean, and modern. You get to live above the best places to shop and eat in Owasso. The apartments are all on the third floor, so you get great view of the developing downtown area. It's a small community to you get to know your neighbors if you want. It's quite and love that there is no smoking allowed and there are not pets. Having a garage is one of my... favorite parts of living here PLUS the kitchen has very cool Bluetooth lights that act as speakers. So, you can listen to music while you're in the kitchen cooking, cleaning, or just hanging out. Also, the apartments are extremely secure and make me feel very safe. Only tenants and allowed on the 3rd floor, unless they escort their guests upstairs.
