I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and have enjoyed my stay here! The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The community is also very chill and welcoming and I enjoy living in a place where I can get to know my neighbors. Every issue or question I’ve had has been resolved effortlessly. We've been at the Regency for four years now, we've lived on both sides of the building and the views are outstanding, we also have an amazing community and we love our office staff!

Staff are nice and helpful.
It’s a good and friendly place. Maintenance is quick to respond if needed and staff are nice and helpful. Good location as well. Walking distance to some good restaurants.

I absolutely love my apartment complex! The gym is fantastic - it's well-equipped and perfect for my workouts. The pool is a great spot to cool off during the hot summer days, and the grill area is perfect for hosting BBQ parties with friends. But the best part is the breathtaking view from my apartment. Waking up to such a beautiful sight every day is truly a dream come true. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Highly recommended!
