Absolutely the worst living experience I have ever had. Management is a joke and the property is a dump. There is zero security. The garage is dark and not gated. My car was broken into in my assigned spot and my belongings were stolen. However the cameras were never working and the management team did nothing to help. Homeless people frequently wandered the hallways and even slept inside the building because the front door didn't lock. The hallways and gym were always dirty and never cleaned.... The trash chute was broken for over a month during the summer, which led to a disgusting gnats infestation. The elevator was out for a month too- no urgency to fix it. The fire hydrant failed the inspection and was left that way for a year. The management team is negligent with paperwork and shamelessly charges unjust rent. This place is unsafe, mismanaged, and disgusting. They don’t care about you — only your money. Avoid this place at all costs.

Since... your residency, we have made several important improvements, including increased security measures, weekly gym cleanings, and ensuring all building access doors remain locked for resident safety. Read the recent reviews on Google and AVOID this place.
After a year and a half and 4 different property managers, the office has declined to remedy the situation concerning the continuously disturbing upstairs neighbors despite receiving roughly 20 videos demonstrating the ongoing noise. Furthermore, the air conditioner in the gym *still* does not work (after a year and a half!), nor does most of the equipment. Please, do yourself a favor before deciding on whether to make this your next home and read the recent reviews and AVOID THIS PLACE.... Terrible, dishonest management and broken amenities is all you'll find here.

Horrible management
My daughter moved in 5 weeks ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. She has yet to get a mail key, and the office staff has only made excuses that she will get a key. I have called every other day for 5 weeks wanting an update on the mail key and there are more excuses. Examples the maintenance person needs to make a key, the mailman needs to change the lock, the mailman and Maintenace person need to be present together to change the lock, we can't locate the key, etc. I've called so many... times that I think the workers know my number and I am placed on hold or hung up on. I even called the on-call service and got hung up on when I asked for someone other than the property manager. My daughter also has placed multiple work orders, and they have yet to be completed. The tub was supposed to be resurfaced before she moved in, and this also has not been done. The AC is not cooling in the bedrooms.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
management will do nothing to solve your problems- very dismissive, dont respond to emails. SECURITY is a joke. Multiple homeless people roaming hallways. smells like smoke all the time in the hallways ! Management turnover is UNREAL. NOT worth whatever deal they try to give u I promise
