staff is lovely is maintenance just the same.
comes the next morning after submissions are made. i just recently moved here, had a few issues, but it ended up getting solved quick! would definitely recommend!

I've lived here almost 10yrs, this is home.
Lori is the sweetest,nicest person, the maintenance guys are super nice and I've never had issues with getting anything taken care in a timely manner. I'm so glad I chose Oak Place Apartments to be my home.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have never had any problems. The maintenance staff is Excellent. When I put in a ticket for anything they are there the same day or the very next day. It is a quiet complex which I really like.

Been living here four years, first few years was good but management was coming and going but we now have better management that is active and takes care of the tenants. The apartments are decent and it’s nice not having a really big complex.
