I have enjoyed living here the past three years. I feel safe, there’s lots to do within walking distance, and the office is kind and responsive to maintenance requests

Would give zero stars if possible. This is my daughter’s first apartment, and I am co-signer. The air conditioning was inoperative and the thermostat didn’t have batteries. The oven was filthy and the light was broken. There was no HVAC filter. Areas in the bathroom and entry were dirty. It was obvious that no one in management or maintenance inspected the apartment before she moved in. And to top it off, the management office closed shop about an hour before its posted office hours said it... should close. The emergency maintenance number was old/inoperative. Avoid this complex.

Emergency maintenance was contacted through our courtesy line provided & they responded immediately to address the important items... right away or have scheduled with our contractor as soon as possible. We hope after communicating with you this morning, you feel we are taking care of you efficiently & fairly. As maintenance items may arise or we miss an item, we will always make it right. We will continue to do so throughout your duration with us! We do appreciate your feedback & your understanding!
