DO NOT RENT HERE

I was here from July 21 to July 22- I broke the last month of my lease because my floor was falling through more and more everyday. (Foundation cracked) Plus, counters in the bathrooms were falling apart. Everything is painted (toilets, bathtubs)Carpet wasn't done right. I had two floods in the apartment that caused damage that they did not complete fixing. The breezeway door lock was not done correctly. The stair railing was missing a screw which caused me to fall down the stairs. Roaches... everywhere. Hole in the bedroom wall under window- water leakage. ETC

STAY AWAY

this place is roach invested. Showers barley work not worth your time or money. Move on somewhere else
