They are making them look nice on the outside. personally I was not allowed to tour a apartment until bought. It was OK for the first month or two but then came all the issues with management. We constantly deal with roaches because of the other apartments around us but did they give us a notice to come spray? no. So because I worked for the two days that they were going to come out and spray now I have to pay $25 fee and get my own apartment sprayed. I don’t see the logic in this I also don’t... see the logic in how our air conditioning is set up our water system is set up. If you move here you will have problems with everything. Worst decision I have ever made

Would not recommend for nobody to live here
I had seen roaches when I first moved in. I told them nobody came to spray. Neighbors told me it only gets worse when they come to spray. The place was very infested before I moved into it also coming from neighbors. I've only lived their for a month and not only dealing with roaches but now was also dealing with bed bugs. Not a great place to stay at long term nor short term.

Management
They have rats and roachs. I will discourage any one who is thinking about living here and they are raising the rent 44 dollars which they are tacking on a 7 dollar a month trash fee. If you are looking for an apartment this definitely is not place you want to live at

Great place
I really enjoy my home. I would definitely recomend anyone i know. Love it here. It is very quiet and everyone is so friendly
