The rent is $1500/month. $1000 for the security deposit. First month’s rent and deposit are due up front. That’s $2500 for keys. Pets are allowed with management approval and a non-refundable $500 per pet fee. ESAs require a confirmed need as prescribed by an actual verifiable Oklahoma doctor.

*QUALIFICATIONS*: Currently have $2500 (plus any applicable pet fees) readily available. A $40 online application fee per adult is required. Minimum monthly household combined income of 3x the rent. Min 1 year rental history and 2 year employment history, favorable credit history and background checks are done. No evictions. Exceptions might be made on a case-by-case basis and require a double deposit.

Section 8:
The company can accept only a 4-bedroom Section 8 voucher with the $1000 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable unless a lease is signed. Pets fees still apply for Section 8.
