I’ve had a great experience at Montara Park! Maintenance and the front desk is always kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I have questions. The location is also super convenient it’s really close to campus, which makes getting to class easy. Overall, it’s been a really positive place to live!

the pool is very nice and there is plenty of parking i also love the screened in balcony’s. Biggest complaint is the gate at the front being broken but it is still advertised as a gated locked community that is not true. it is also very close to a kind of sketchy part of norman

My absolute favorite part is all of the amenities we have here and that our apartment gym is actually very big and nice compared to others !

I've lived here for about 8 months. Honestly, the apartment interiors are nice—modern appliances, granite countertops, and the laminate floors look good and are easy to clean. The amenities are definitely the selling point; the pool area feels like a resort and the gym is actually big enough to get a workout in without waiting for equipment

I love montara park I've lived here for two years the workers up front are always helpful and kind, rent is the best pricing around town in my opinion no bug problems excellent management all around!! Definitely recommend for students and others looking for a nice place to live neighbours are quiet too never had issues with them being loud, also feels very safe even at night time. They recently got gate doors on the outside of property and has been better with sketchy people not being out at... night!
