I had the pleasure of touring a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with Jess. She did an awesome job with the tour and answering all my questions.

I had to move here in a rush, otherwise I would have found some place better

This was one of the worst apartments I ever lived in. When I moved in the entire apartment was dirty, there were boogers on the walls, multiple things were broken, and there were multiple big holes in the walls, and the toilet was dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. (come to find out from my neighbor that the manager and her 5+ family members were living in my one bedroom up until the DAY that I moved in.) The AC... did not work for the first month that I lived there, they "fixed" it but it never actually worked. Maintenance took weeks to show up, often just closing your request and never showing up to fix the issue. There was usually no hot water if the water was even on (it was a common occurrence for it to be off for up to 12+ hours when they were "fixing" the hot water). The pool was always empty with moss growing in it, they advertised a "pool party" multiple times during the summer, but again, there was no water in the pool at any point while I lived there. While I was in the process of moving out maintenance came in and stole items out of my apartment while I was gone for a few days. My neighbor witnessed this, once I confronted the management they said they had no idea what happened and "found" some of my items by the dumpster a few days later after I called the cops. Once I moved out they told me that I didn't pay a real deposit (this was not explained to me upon moving in) and charged me for many things that were broken when I moved in, which they knew were broken when I moved in because of the multiple emails that were sent to them, as well as the form you fill out when you move in, (which they said they "never received" but I received a email saying they had it. I took a tour today with Jesseeka and even tho it was cold she showed to all the 2bedroom Flats to Townhome.It was hard to choose from the 2bed 1 bath or the 2bedroom townhome.
I’ve always thought them apartments was crazy but they nice and clam what I need.

In my 3 Years living at Fairfax by Vesta, I would say I've spent 35% of that without Air Conditioning and 20% of that time without Hot Water. (Estimates, but while writing this, my AC is not working, it's been about 6 Days now, usually they'll show up around the 13th day. Right before I can do something legal about it.)

Those %'s may not seem like a lot of time, but the AC never once worked thru Summers at Fairfax. Always went out, even after they come out and do a temp fix.. would go right... back out. Nothing but Temporary fixes at Fairfax

And Hot water.... I'll never forget it was an entire month of May, Mother's Day was approaching.. the day came and had to see my mom stinking to high Heaven.- I will say hot water hasn't been a problem lately, but don't hold your hope to it.

Ever since I moved here nothings been good, they're quick for rent money and not with maintenance or keeping the hot water on, put in numerous requests for air united to fixed and that took forever, the manager doesn't really care if you have kids living your home if there's an urgent emergency.
