I'm giving Timber Apartments a 3 star rating because they're not the worse but they're far from the best. We had 3 car break ins along with almost 5 other neighbors in the 2 other culd-de-sacs, this was within a 2 month time frame. Although I only lived in these apartments for a little over 6 months, things went down hill really fast after a few months of living there. We loved the brick wall feature, we wish it was in a lot more apartments and houses. I would have given these apartments a solid... 5 stars but, our sink, AC, shower, toilet, and closet doors were fragile from the beginning but just completely broke down after 4 months, even though we tried our best to handle everything with care. The counters in our apartment were fake so they basically got stained no matter what we set on them. The maintenance was really iffy as well. My last statement about these apartments is that the 2 front ladies were nice at first but as time went on we came to notice they talk complete crap about their tenants, that's absolute poor management. I would recommend Timbers, but only if you need somewhere that is affordable.

Great place to live!
Great place to live.Staff is wonderful, the two ladies in the office are always so nice.They offer a events every month for the residents. Last month my sink got stop up on a Saturday around 10:00 p.m. I called the emergency number within five minutes the manager called me back letting me know someone was on the way. In 15 minutes maintenance was at my apartment and had everything taken care of.
