I moved here a few months ago, previous management had the property quiet and clean. Now is a different story. People fighting outside. My toilet has been messed up since Christmas, my stove shocks you if you touch it, my kitchen has flooded more than once in the last week over night. Oh and let’s not forget the bugs. The new ownership and management took over right before Christmas and they don’t show up for scheduled appointments, ignore work order requests, and are now... charging a fee no matter how you pay rent(3% fees online or 30$ with a money order) they are changing the terms of the lease without written agreement. This place has bed bugs, roaches, mice and lord forbid something breaks. It’s like pulling teeth to get someone to come fix anything. I had a leak in the roof that was leaking into my light fixture causing it to spark. Still took months for them to care enough to fix it. The managers just don’t care and the owners care even less.

They have roaches and on occasion bed bugs and mice. These apartments are old and worn out. They do very little to keep up the maintenance. If you find any problems the management is quick to blame you for whatever may be broken. Then they don’t bother fixing it. Most of the time you can’t even catch anyone in the office. They don’t like calling you back either.

Roaches you can't get rid of, bed bugs come and go, the residents range from genuinely good neighbors to shady druggy neighbors. You can never get ahold of the land lord. The office hours mean nothing. If something is broken even if it was that way before you moved it just remember it's your fault.

For a community that has four buildings-Stretches down from Vicky to Del View- only 100 units. Each building is quiet. Great school districts.
They are remodeling and updating. In the past previous residents choose to clean cars out ,toss trash on grounds and mail boxes are located in the court yards. Where residents decide to toss their mail or unwanted items down. The quality residents like myself enjoy the property and I do not have any bug problems. Clean quality living
