The previous ratings are VERY incorrect.... tax credit cannnot rent to students- that’s the rule of tax credit, not a rule of management—LAW...one person in the household cannot be a full time student... look it up
They do not have a pest control problem....every apartment is treated once a quarter...preventative!!!
This property does not have a set up model, meaning: the model changes, when that unit is leased-they move the “model” to just another empty apartment that is ready to move into.... The review that states she rented an apartment based on the model—-that apartment was the model before she moved in.
The property was sold in Nov 2017 and the new management team is working hard to make it even better.... so yes come see for yourself—-it is a very quiet, nice community??
