These apartments have mold coming out of the vents and it will get all over your stuff. They won't even reimburse you for anything you have to buy to try to get rid of it because it's apparently your faul. They don't even have a professional deal with it and test it. They will scrub it off and paint over it. Multiple other tenants have had the same issue.

The new pictures that they are showing are not representative of the older units. Older units are not worth the prices they have raised nor are they worth the out of state water bill. Be wary if you aren't moving into a new unit these apartments are awful.

I’ve been living here 2 years and they still won’t fix my dryer they’ve been more concerned with upgrading everything on the outside and building the new ones they won’t do what needs to be done for the dryer. I got nails in my tires from the roof replacement and after everything they raised the rent and offered $50 off for “holiday cheer” there are better places to live!!
