Bathroom sink not draining Joel came a the preset date and time. He cleared the drain. He is very attentive to disposing of debris (if any) and leaving the area clean dry.

Great staff, maintenance and the apartments are quiet and nice. So far we have loved living here (one week) but the staff is super helpful and friendly and the community is quiet and welcoming. Nicely maintained amenities.

Maintenance never came I submitted a maintenance request last Sunday after I went to do laundry & my dryer wouldn’t start. Here is the following Sunday & I get a notification they want me to review how my maintenance job went. Thing is it never got fixed. No one ever came out! I’ve not got two weeks worth of laundry sitting & waiting to be done. I logged into our resident portal & it looks like they updated my maintenance request to completed when no one has been by. Maintenance toilet flash handle replacement Joel came shortly after request was submitted and replaced the flush handle on the toilet. He also cleared calcium buildup which caused a backup in the bathroom sink. He was pleasant and professional. Cleaned up the area when he finished. Great staff here at Twill!
