I have lived here for years an loved it, mangers have changes a couple times over the years but they have always been very polite and helpful. Maintenance has always been very quick as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an afford great place to live.

The staff will tell you they can get you in in about a month, but fail to mention there is a waitlist of other people who have been on there since February. You won’t find out you’ve been waitlisted until after they tell you to hurry and fill out an application fee (non refundable). Having people fill out the application fee is how they are making their money. There are better apartments trust me, they lied to my parents and told me I would have. A place by May (moving from Texas) then failed to... mention I wouldn’t have a place to live until at least June. If your apartment hunting I can tell you one place to stay FAR away from! The greens on aspen! Absolutely worst place I’ve ever lived! Apartments have bugs and maintenance does nothing! They said they sprayed and I got home to bugs still crawling on the walls! It’s absolutely disgusting! The lady above me has her kids running all the time, it sounds like thunder and sees no problem with it and the office does absolutely nothing about it. The smell coming from the apartment below me is wretched!!... It makes mine smell and the office does nothing. They said they don’t control the community ??????? I moved into a nightmare!!! These apartments have everything you could ever want in an apartment complex. Wonderful staff/maintenance, beautiful views of the golf course/ponds/beautiful trees! Plenty of space to walk a dog, free tanning beds, huge pool, and huge gym! Very well maintained apartments, appliances in great condition, high ceilings and ceiling fans in every room (except bathrooms). Very large 2 bedroom apartments with lots of closets for storage and huge balconies. These apartments are incredibly nice inside... and out! Lots of windows and very nice blinds, new air conditioners, and washer and dryers work great. It's less than a minute from hwy 51, but hardly any highway noise. Can get anywhere in B.A. or Tulsa within minutes, Awesome location close to 2 walmarts, new shopping centers and the Bass Pro Shop. This is the PERFECT place to live. Read More

Only lived here for 10 months and it was horrible. I’m glad I moved out becasue first of all horrible customer service! They tell you they will do something and they don’t, before I moved in I told them I needed the mirrors changed because they were cracked and had black spots where they shouldn’t be then I also for all 10 months had a bee problem and called multiple times to get everything fixed and they always said they would fix it and never did! Even called the main corporation and nothing... got fixed. When there’s ice on the floor it gets all over the stairs so you don’t be careful you can fall but nothing gets done because of that!
