Ive lived here for 3 years with no issues.its in a quiet and peaceful area.the staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are great especially the upgraded ones would definitively recommend and any issues I may have had were pretty much taking care of same day by there awesome maintenance team. All in all a great place to live.awesome place for first time renters and they also offer a great credit building program to get you started.

Lived here for a year before we bought our house. Quiet community, safe, upgrades are nice and management and maintenance are amazing. They really care about your well-being and concerns/work requests, etc. I first went to tour them because of their great google reviews and they defiantly proved themselves while I lived here. If we did not buy a house, we would still be living there, great location, close to park across the street where we could walk our little girl to play. I can’t say enough good things about Charleston Crossing! The apartments are really clean and very well maintained. They’ve upgraded everything from the apartments, to mailboxes, to the parking lot. They’ve added a few fenced in dog park areas. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The office staff is always so kind and friendly. It’s so convenient to be able to pay rent and report maintenance issues online. We’ve had two very minor maintenance issues, but they’ve been handled incredibly fast and... thoroughly (within 10 minutes of me calling).
