Maintenance Request I put in an a request to have my leak in my garbage disposal fixed on a Sunday evening. It was all done by the time I got home from work on Monday. What great service!!!!

Beautiful property and perfect price point
Beautiful property with a great price point. The detail to the finishing touches of the kitchen, bathroom and high ceilings are what sold me. A lot of natural light with big windows. The gym is spacious and has everything you need. The pool has a beautiful view and well maintained. Property staff are excellent!

Do not bother
This place does not respect its residences. It doesn't have anything to properly fix the apartments. The ac vents pull in outside air which also pulls in the cigarette and weed smoke into my apartment. The board walk has boards you can fall through. Also I loved this place because there was no smoking. Everyone smokes anyway. Yeah, they also like to just cancel your work orders without work being done.
It's not the worst. But it does not meet the price you pay for it.
