Unreliable!
I don’t think I have ever encountered such a terribly mismanaged company. Nearly impossible to track down the property manager or get them to return you phone calls, that’s if the office phone actually works. Can’t log on to the resident portal to pay rent or access maintenance requests, because it is always down. Various problems with the apartments that never get fixed. This apartment complex is a scam and you would be better off to look elsewhere for better options.
