I saw this property online and thought I would stop by just to grab a pamphlet. The lady was super nice, got my info and gave me ideas on costs and wait time for a place to open up. Then she took me on a full tour of the property and the two units I was interested in. I had no appointment or anything, so this was a great surprise. The apartments themselves look like the pictures. They are very nice in size and condition. I’m hoping to move in a few months. Tip: don’t wait until you’re ready to... move. The lady told me there’s a 2 month wait, which is fine for me because I don’t want to move for a while yet. But this way I am on the wait list and ready to get started.

Decent property - bad service
Based on everything shown in these pictures, it looks like a great value. I had requested a 1-BR apartment showing which said was available now. I confirmed the date & time and everything, and was looking forward to getting a tour and possibly signing a lease.
I get there and the lady acts all nice, starts to get my name & info on this application card, and then tells me nothing is available because apparently the last unit was taken that morning. I was shocked and disappointed that I wasted... my time, and was not informed by email at the very least that my tour would basically be a waste of time. KSV- update your listings and don't waste other people's time the next time this happens.
