Do not rent here
I just moved out at the end of January and within the year that I lived here the entire building had zero air or heat for 7-8 months out of my year lease. My unit hit temps as high as 88 in the summer months. "We are waiting on parts" was the answer my roommate and I received when we asked about the problem. Most of the 5 star reviews on this listing are made by the landlord and his family or the maintenance crew, do not trust them. There is a very shady operation being ran here and I do not... recommend anyone rents here.
