I moved in to the apartment in April 2023 and the community is fantastic. The property is well kept, the office staff is fantastic. I'm on the second floor, but little to no noise dring the day and none at night. Great place.

They allow smoking inside! Very noisy neighbors. The floor is super thin. Very annoying when people upstairs walk. 1780 STE 6 is not a good place, all I can tell you is that it's a very noisy apartment. You will hear thunderstorm from upstairs every day from 7 pm to 2 am. If you do not care about noise and like the smell of cigarettes, come and stay here.

Began apartment hunting and had to find a cheap spot first, new job means better place. Deer Creek was our choice and we could not be happier. Affordable and plenty of space. Wonderful maintenance, always timely. No issues with neighborhood, and great choice for college students to elders. Very close to stores and restaurants, even the city bike trail. Plan on staying here for a long time, the place has won us over.

A vivacious complex of 3 story apartments. Clean & new after a horrific tornado in the 70"s. This rebuilding of a complex & community is what this city calls Progress Park. Great area with a hometown feeling.
