I’ve seen a lot of reviews about this place—some of them pretty intense—and I have to say, my experience has been very different, especially with the arrival of new management. They’ve made a noticeable difference: they’re responsive, professional, and actually care about keeping residents informed and the building running smoothly.
The apartments are beautiful—modern finishes, in-unit washer and dryer, and sleek hardwood floors. It's true the train runs nearby, but it’s part of living in a... lively urban area. It's nothing disruptive unless you're extremely sensitive to sound, and honestly, I barely notice it anymore.
Some older reviews mention surprise fees or charges for paying rent online, which is simply not true—there never was a fee for paying rent online, and management is very transparent about any costs.
A few of the other complaints are a bit over the top. One reviewer even claimed residents couldn’t come or go during “concert traffic” due to events on the property. That genuinely made me laugh—there are no paid parking spots here and no one is getting blocked from leaving their home. Management sometimes hosts small community events, which are actually a nice bonus—not a hassle.
In my personal experience, maintenance has been responsive, and I haven’t had any issues with pests or power outages in the past 6 years.
Overall, this is a great place to live. With new management, open communication, and a clean, modern feel, it’s definitely worth checking out. Don’t let old or overly dramatic reviews keep you from seeing it for yourself—I’m glad I didn’t.

I Encourage You to Look Elsewhere...
Train is super close / loud, the floors and walls are built poorly so you can hear your neighbor's every step, the pool deck needs to be fixed as grout is balled up everywhere and pool upkeep could be better, I had bug issues since the moment I moved in and maintenance never solved it, I lost power constantly even without weather issues, and now they are hosting concerts on the property and I was told I cannot leave or come back to my paid parking spot during concert hours because I will affect... the "concert traffic"...I didn't sign up to live at Blossom Music Center. For how much this place costs the bad outweighed the good for me and I had to move. It's a facade...pretty on the outside but not as nice as it initially seems. I would encourage you to continue looking elsewhere.

What ever you do, don't live here!
The building is very nice, in unit washer and dryer, hard wood floors and an elevator. However, the downsides out weight the perks. Expect to pay 200$ in fees they force you to pay. As well as a 50$ convince fee for paying rent online. Management is horrible and does a terrible job at keeping residents updated with current issue like who the current leasing managers are, maintenance issues, closers, etc. I know it is super tempting to live here with how nice the apartments looks, but they are so... small for what you are paying. You also have to listen to a train while you sleep multiple times a night. I looked at these reviews when I moved in and still gave this place a shot. Trust me, don't do what I did. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Love My New Home!
I moved into Riverwalk in July of 2018. The apartments are clean and extremely well maintained. Maintenance is proactive and very attentive. The residents are decent, respective people. The office staff is professional and quick to respond to any questions. Their are a lot of dog owners but surprisingly enough, you rarely hear any dogs barking. You do have trains passing nearby but they are not as loud as some reviewers have stated. This is a A class residence and I recommend it highly.
