I wanted to give my thanks and gratitude to Chris, the maintenance member who came and fixed my apartment work order. I’ve been living here for 3 months. So far it’s pretty nice. My apartment is spacious and I have a nice balcony to sit on. Tons of storage space. It’s mostly quiet. I think there is a separate maintenance person for each section and the one assigned to mine is really great!
Here’s what I don’t like: 1) Rent is high compared to similarly sized apartments in the area that offer a pool and fitness area. We have none of that. We have a pickle ball court and a small shared gazebo. That’s it.
2)... Rent/Utility payment methods are ridiculous. The ONLY option to pay is online through a portal that charges a fee regardless of whether you pay ACH via checking or if you pay by credit card. I get if they want to charge a fee for credit, but I think it is unfair practices to charge someone for using checking. You also cannot pay your rent at the office to avoid the fee. And here’s the real kicker. You have to wait until exactly the 1st to pay your rent. Cannot pay even the day before. So imagine you are someone who travels and may have periods of time with no cell reception. You basically are screwed unless you want to give someone your password and checking account information and hope they log in and pay exactly on the 1st.
You also pay your water and some other common area fees through the same portal., It’s a separate invoice so you get charged the fee again on your utility portion (you cannot pay rent and the utility together).
The fees suck, but having to pay exactly on the 1st and not before is really ridiculous. So if that won’t work for you, I’d look elsewhere. Read More

I just moved in a few weeks ago and very happy so far! The leasing office allowed my washer & dryer to be delivered the day before I got my keys as a courtesy. Otherwise, due the the holiday, I would have had to wait two weeks for them. Very impressed how clean my apartment was and the new carpet looks great.

I had a problem with my toilet constantly running all night and the maintenance came in and fixed it very fast and was kind!

My fiance and I moved in August 2025 and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff are lovely and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues we report, with things being fixed within 1-2 days! Additionally, the apartment we live in was spotless when we moved in and the area is quiet. We are yet to hear anything through the walls from any of our neighbors!
