Noisy neighbors, nothing gets done about them. They still live here even tho people have been calling management for months about there dog barking nonstop from 5pm to 5am. In an apartment complex that doesnt allow dogs... They allow cats not dogs. Why do i hear a dog barking for hours nonstop?

Bad Management!!!!!
I’ve lived in 3 different apartment complexes in the area and this is only one I won’t be renewing my lease on. My first thought was location is awesome! However it doesn’t make up for the terrible management and management team. The management was unable to assist in any issues regarding the apartment (sink issues specifically) and actually yelled at me for parking in the lot- the lot in which I was renting an apartment. After not so patiently telling him I was a renter, I stormed inside as the... manager aggressively followed me to the doors to make sure I wasn’t lying. This made me uncomfortable so I just stood inside and walked to a different apartment til he left. The weird thing was, I had already met the dude awhile ago and he apparently had already forgotten that. On another note. The walls are super thin too and your going to hear your neighbors. So 1 star.

Excellent Place to Live
The building managers are wonderful people. There are a lot of older residences in this building and the managers take time to watch after them. Management does a great job making sure parking lot rules are followed so that the residents always have a place to park. Whenever we need maintenance to take care of a problem in our apartment they are quick to respond and never enter our unit unannounced.
The building location is great and it has been a quiet place to live. My wife and I have... lived here for five years and love it. It is true that there are rules that are enforced here, but it is for the benefit of the residents who make this place their home. I highly recommend the Riverside House to anyone who wants a quiet place to live that is near downtown Willoughby. This apartment building is, by far, one of the best kept secrets in apartment living on the eastside of Cleveland.

Terrible management
Great location and price. However, you have to deal with the terrible property managers. They are not only rude to their tenants, but also their guests. I had the male approach my elderly grandfather yelling and asking who he was because he parked in the back lot for 5 minutes to pick up my son. And don't even think about calling and asking for maintenance (aka the male property manager) to repair something (even though it is their job). They are rude when answering the phone and even worse when... they come to "complete the repair" if you can even call it that. I have been here almost 2 years and have only had to call 2 times, yet was treated as if I was an idiot. I even tried to complete the repairs myself to avoid having to call them. Unfortunately, the one required a new dishwasher and yet I was treated as if it was my fault the 15 year old dishwasher they installed had electrical issues. I will never recommend this place to anyone because I would not want them to deal with rude property managers. My RA's in college were friendlier than the under qualified couple they have running this apartment complex.

Terrible Management/Noisy Complex
Was told upon move in that the building was quiet and calm. After a few weeks, neighbors above us were having parties almost every night in which they were out on their balcony, talking loudly, and dropping glass beer bottles off of the balcony. Complained to management about it and had to call the police a few times who also said it was too loud. Keep in mind that this was occurring between 11-1 am on WEEKNIGHTS. If you have issues, H&M is terrible at handling them.. You also always feel like... you're being watched in a creepy way when living here; especially if you park in the back parking lot. Just not a good place to live.
