Multiiple issues where police have showed up. Also apartment staff park where tenants should have priority. Not exactly happy for a new property.

Getting ready to move here. As I always stick with Preferred Living in general. The Dalton is the most up-to-date that I have seen. Nothing about it that I would change. Granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the amenities. All the staff is great, especially Ashley! She works with you. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the residents are excited about their new home, and follows up to see if you need anything prior to moving in. Also, the area is wonderful. It is convenient... between Westerville, New, Albany, and Gahanna. It is well worth it.
