Ashton Village was a great place to live! Friendly residents and management. Property is very clean and quiet. Maintenance is accommodating and thorough. I highly recommend living here! I will miss it!

Ashton Village was my home for four years until I had to move for a job opportunity. Amazing community. Great neighbors. Clean property. Convenient location to Uptown Westerville. Good amenities. Friendly, helpful management. Fast maintenance. It was hard to say goodbye.

I have resided at Ashton Village Apartments for 4 years and I am extremely pleased with the accommodations. My 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment is perfect for my needs and accommodates well when I have out-of-town guests staying overnight. The location is the best! I have easy access to all my shopping needs, including banking & pharmacy. My doctor's offices and church are all within a few minutes drive. I also enjoy the 5 minute drive to Uptown Westerville and can easily enjoy the many shops and... restaurants available there. My family & I have enjoyed 3 parties in the Ashton Village Apartments Banquet Room and I am grateful for the opportunity to use this beautiful room. It served our needs in every way and we received many compliments about the room from our quests. Thank you Ashton Village Apartments Management and staff for all that you do to make living here such a pleasure.

This apartment is only almost entirely elderly folks. Staff and tenants are very rude. The walls are paper thin. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremly small for the rent. Only positive is that every apartment has a door on the ground level, making deliveries easy.
Property management sent their repair man into my apartment based on a neighbors complaint about my dryer while I was out of town then claimed it was messy as grounds for ending my lease. The repair man asked me repeatedly if he... could enter over several days via text, like he had nothing else to do and was working for hours. Never experienced anything like this before. When I returned to vacate, the parking lot was the most full I have ever seen it AND the trash dumpsters (no recycling nor valet trash available) were being swapped almost daily as if they had gone through and found reasons to vacate many other tenants by the end of that month in summer. Never saw them change the dumpsters that often. I suspect they wanted to increase rents before more construction in the area with the opening of Hoff Rd to Africa Rd.
I made sure the apartment was spotless upon move out and documented this thoroughly. Yet, they took $150 out of the deposit for a very small stain on the carpet. Additionally, they took $125 for 5 chips in the granite countertop. Like how was this even assessed on spotted beige countertops? Also very strange, they only sent me my deposit when I asked them for it - which was almost a full month after move out. I understand this is within Ohio law, but very odd timing considering the circumstances. I will be avoiding these small complexes, and I would caution anyone against Ashton Village and their owners.
