My fiancé and I just bought a condo and were extremely sad to say goodbye to Ashton Village. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The apartments are clean, everyone who lives there is extremely nice. It is also nice and quiet. You cannot hear a peep through the walls whatsoever and everyone is very respectful about not being loud at crazy hours of the night. It truly is a community and the owner and staff treat everyone like family. The location is also amazing. You can walk to... uptown Westerville, there are parks within walking distance, as well as the bike/running path that runs all throughout Westerville. We loved living here while we did and were very sad when we left. I truly would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move to Westerville.

Wonderful!
Ashton Village was a great place to live! Friendly residents and management. Property is very clean and quiet. Maintenance is accommodating and thorough. I highly recommend living here! I will miss it!

Great community
Ashton Village was my home for four years until I had to move for a job opportunity. Amazing community. Great neighbors. Clean property. Convenient location to Uptown Westerville. Good amenities. Friendly, helpful management. Fast maintenance. It was hard to say goodbye.

Ashton Village Apartments is the best!
I have resided at Ashton Village Apartments for 4 years and I am extremely pleased with the accommodations. My 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment is perfect for my needs and accommodates well when I have out-of-town guests staying overnight. The location is the best! I have easy access to all my shopping needs, including banking & pharmacy. My doctor's offices and church are all within a few minutes drive. I also enjoy the 5 minute drive to Uptown Westerville and can easily enjoy the many shops and... restaurants available there. My family & I have enjoyed 3 parties in the Ashton Village Apartments Banquet Room and I am grateful for the opportunity to use this beautiful room. It served our needs in every way and we received many compliments about the room from our quests. Thank you Ashton Village Apartments Management and staff for all that you do to make living here such a pleasure.
