The staff is rude, the place is outdated with appliances that are over 20 years. NOT a safe place for kids! Way overpriced and you will be charged late fees for paying rent on time- you will have to call on a monthly basis to have this adjusted.

I found the apartment complex attractive and well maintained. The unit was very spacious and had a great deal of cabinet/closet space. The location is convenient for shopping.

I was looking for a newer apartment community. The Lakes was very clean and quiet. The actual lake and grounds were very well kept. Yet I needed a carport and ranch style apartment with a garage.

Great location, Great Maintenance Department, Good First Lease price (but will increase price with lame reasons) The office staff was better a year ago but now it is hard to get someone to follow up with you. Pool is packed with kids and extra guest using the amenities

The location is great and the schools are excellent. The staff and maintence are friendly and handle any repairs promptly. It is very pet friendly. They even have a little dog park. The condos/townhouses are nice but a little over priced.
