They don’t fix anything. The staff is horrible. My furnace was broke for 3 days and I was 9 months pregnant. I ended up having my baby the next day and I called the office and told them I cannot bring my newborn to a cold house in the winter. Guess what I still came home to a cold house and it took em 2 more days to fix it. Apartment was nice at first but overtime things begin to break.

Don't do it
If you're willing to wait 2-3 years for a repair or willing to deal with rude and dismissive management. This is the place for you. Take your money someplace else!

Run For Your Life
By far the worst place I ever lived! Garbage everywhere! Staff members have horrible attitudes, and they are very rude. My apartment has been leaking water from the ceiling in my bedroom since 2021 and it’s still not fixed. Very poor maintenance system, I could go on for days. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Take your money somewhere else The worst place to live
Clarkwood Green Apartments is by far the worst place I have ever lived the staff is very rude and sarcastic they cannot answer simple questions nor do they answer their phones they will give you the runaround after runaround but is quick to put a piece of paper on your door the property Manager will lie to you in your face knowing that she does not care the children doesn’t have a proper playground to play onAnd the maintenance men are very lazy and it takes about 1 to 2 months to even get... anything fixed this is a sad place to live they hire landscaping companies which will just cut the grass with a bunch of trash which will leave trash all over the place dumpsters are filled to the top with trash on the ground and no one comes to pick it up Clarkwood Green need step it up

Not A Safe Place To Live
The reviews are fake! Lastnight my sister was robbed at gunpoint in their parking lot leaving out for work. It took the police 20 minutes to even respond. Last year she caught a man trying to climb in her window. This is not a safe place to live. I only gave a 1 star review because you can't choose 0. Ladies please be careful and aware. I'm quite sure they won't share this incident to other families in the conjoining units so I'm leaving a review instead.
