15 years I lived there 15 years and had no problems with management or service. Anything that broke and needed to be repaired or replaced was done promptly. I went through 2 refrigerators one dishwasher, two hot water tanks and an oven over that time. Seems like a lot, But that don’t make appliances like they used to so I don’t blame them

Love Redwood! Expensive but so worth it! Office and maintenance staff are the best. Great homes. I have lived there for two years and just moved to another Redwood community--I plan on many years here.

Great Community but Pricey We really enjoyed living at Redwood. My husband and I brought home our first baby to Redwood. It is very family friendly, quiet, and safe. The only issue is the expensive rent (which is pretty much everywhere at this point). If we hadn’t bought our current house, we definitely would have resigned!
