Great Maintenance, Poor Move-Out Communication We enjoyed living at Redwood Troy — the neighborhood was great and Casey in maintenance was absolutely awesome, always helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately, our move-out was frustrating due to poor communication after a management change. Even though we clearly shared our moving plans and followed up by email, important details were still missed. Casey made our stay great, but management needs to improve communication to avoid situations like... this.
