This place is awesome. Clean, quiet, lots of parking. Maintenance and office are prompt with help and very professional. Price is great! Washer and dryer on lower level of building.

We moved into this two bedroom for way under our price range, but way bigger then our old apartment and everything is more modern and beautiful.

Westbrook is just about the best apartment for the price in Toledo, OH. There are a lot of options for apartments but for a 2 bedroom with great parking and quiet neighbors, Westbrook can't be beat. When i moved in, my apartment was meticulously cleaned and repainted. The grounds are always really well kept too. They care about the maintenance of the property, so it always looks inviting. My neighbors are really respectful and quiet, which is due in part to how the management team places people... in one of their buildings. There are no kids in my building, and they usually will put similar family types in one building. The grocery store is a mile away, within walking distance. The post office is about half a mile away. We are in the middle of a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and outdoor spaces. But it never feels loud or crowded here. There is a highway that runs in back of the buildings but I honestly never hear it. Read More
