I lived there for a whole year and when I first got my apartment it was not the cleanest. I communicated with the office manager multiple times for problems in the apartment and took months to get help for my electricity going out. I spent the last few months living in that apartment, staying other places because of this issue. When the time came for me to move out, I left the apartment better than I got it! They charged me for things that were already there before I began renting that apartment... , on top of charging me for furniture that was not mine! They also were trying to charge me for "breaking lease" but I got a move out note on my door from the leasing office! When I discussed this with the office manager, she said she can sometimes make mistakes with the dates which I found weird because how can you mess up and tell someone they have to move out by a certain date that isn't even correct? I physically went to the office to discuss these charges and to get them removed, they told me I would be receiving an email to correct the charges, and I haven't heard from them since! I contacted them again and turned out that they had gotten another office manager because the prior manager was fired. That was the third office manager since I lived there. The new office manager has been no help because she didn't know the situation at hand and told me I was stuck with the charges. MIND YOU, I always paid my rent, was a respectful neighbor, and most importantly, I kept and left my apartment in the best condition. This unfortunate situation is a lot of miscommunications on their part because they should've had this handled since the first time I went up there to discuss it. Wish I could give no stars. Please do not move here. You’ll definitely be better off going somewhere else. Whatever they’re offering isn’t good enough to put up with the crap that comes along with living here.

Also you’ll get no help around here, those who work in the office are incompetent and are terrible at their job.

Slightly going down hill with new people moving in. Had some people breaking into cars, which has now stopped with new management putting in cameras. The pool is clean but usually crowded. Leasing lady Karen is very nice and friendly, maintenance is also very kind. As far as apartments they are nice. Your heat and a/c is free but now you can only set your heat to 75 and you a/c to 70, this is now controlled by new company thermostats. This apartment complex is awesome they helped us when our city shut down the Riviera maia apartments in Toledo last year. We have been here since Nov.14, 2014. We would love to stay but it has become way to expensive since we are still in the muddle of a nasty lawsuit with the Riviera owners. I would like to remain a tenant I just sent swimming for the first time in years. This place was a godsent when we had nowhere to go. My doctor says my health has improved greatly.
