Exceptional The staff is wonderful, they are all extremely friendly and understanding. Plenty of community events to encourage meeting neighbors and fostering a community. All amenities are well kept and work orders are always completed efficiently. Overall the apartments are modern and spacious. Wonderful place to live!

God is good The ladies at the office always made as feel welcome as we were filling out paper, Ms Gonzalez was very accommodating when viewing the apartment wedidnt feel rushed it was such a blessing the place definitely has character we love the fact that ut was and old war Barack that is interesting love the old look with some modern appeal room as a bit small to be honest and its a bit ware and tear however that pales in comparison with the immenities and judt the beautuful durroundings

Not too shabby It’s a small apartment, but its placement is why I like it. Everything is pretty much a 20 minute or less drive away.

Good starter apartment Good maintenance, location, inside of apartment, and common area/clubhouse! Only problems are structural as the complexes are old and the surrounding area crime. 7/10, will release again

Very enjoyable experience We really enjoyed the 3 1/2 years we’ve lived at the Flats. It was perfect for us as a starter living place, and the staff was always extremely helpful and ready to lend a hand. We decided to leave because of two reasons. Firstly, the rent was increasing every time we renewed our lease, and secondly, we were ready to start living in a home and building equity. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories. We will always remember our time there fondly.
