Roaches are present, heavyset leasing agent is aggressively rude. She thinks she owns the apartments, but fail to realize she’s only the “Help”. Apartment was half clean upon move in. Make sure you take photos and videos before moving out, they will try to charge for every little thing because they’re upset you’re moving. Hallways smell of urine, Just don’t move here.

do not be fooled by the reviews
this place was garbage, it was a terrible experience for me and my roommate. if you love to smell weed 24/7 and wake up every night to loud music shaking your apartment then this is the place for you. wouldnt even reccomend my worst enemy to live here.

It’s a great place to live in nice neighbors are pretty chill and if your looking to find a place with your roommate come here they can talk to you about what’s available in my opinion kinda best apartment so far

Do NOT live here
they will NEVER take care of work orders, the toilets flood, outlets don’t work, and the management team LAUGHED at people when their vehicles were stolen from the parking lot, do yourself a favor and look anywhere but here
