To make a long story short, my A/C unit has stopped working at quite possibly the worst time. When I went to the office to try and get this fixed, I was told that there was an existing list and that my name would be added to the bottom of it. When I pushed the issue further, I was told that their hands were tied as they waited for (tell me if you've heard this one before) a District Manager to approve a service contract for a vendor to be used. Truthfully, I shouldn't be surprised. It took them... 3 weeks to fix my mailbox, but I was optimistic that an issue that was more pressing would be handled with some urgency. You have to have amazing credit, not just the lease holder either. They lie inorder to get you to apply and wast your money. I asked 2 time to be sent info they ever did send me anything and they gave out miss info on a lot of this this complex may have good rent but I read on Google that there mold and othere thing

They just want your money, that’s it! People are living with mice, raccoons in the walls, no ac in the summertime or heat in the winter, and maintenance will see your work order and skip it. The owner has no money to buy parts so if empty units don’t have what you need fixed, you’re out of luck. This came out of the mouths of their maintenance men on 2 separate occasions. They have to keep coming in to rig the cooling/heating system each season so we can be comfortable but it’ll take WEEKS for... someone to come fix anything! Office will never answer a phone call. Rent is high even though there are no amenities and basically no yard space. They decided to change the flat rate of water bill ($75) to a monthly rate divided up by everyone so now I pay about $140/month for water for only ONE person which is a huge rip off. The walls are thin and you can hear cabinets slam and people yelling. The cabinets are all very old and water damaged and the appliances are also old, especially the fridge and the dishwasher. Went to talk to people at the leasing office, on three different tries before getting in, and they hide fees everywhere for you to pay. Horrible management and a huge waste of time
