The central air hasn't worked in years and they refuse to fix it. Apartments will sit empty and dirty for months without being cleaned causing a build up of mold. This is causing new tenants to become sick when first moving in. The so called pool that they advertise hasn't been open in years. Tenants are starting dumpster fires throwing trash all over the property. Next door buildings are owned by drug dealers, so occasionally you will get to experience a drive by shooting at night. The... buildings are not secure. Tenants are breaking locks so they don't have to use their key to get into the building, others will prop the doors open all night with rocks. I make 3x the rent! I applied she called me and told me that I needed a co-sign for my credit which is a 720 but I still got a co-sign who make way more then what I make with great credit and I was still denied! Me and the co sign had to pay 40 a piece! Do not apply!

They make you pay $35 just to tour an apartment that they say is available. Then they show you a dirty apartment that wasn't even swept, massive stains on the new flooring, and stains and old food in the fridge from the last tenants. When you leave they will tell you they don't know what apartments they have available and that they would contact you once they find out. Guess what they never contact you. They take your money and blow you off.
