We moved our daughter into these apts and they are truly the best deal you will find in Stow. We were looking in the hood of Akron for these prices and this location is much safer and anything/everything you need is in walking distance. The people in charge have been attentive to any questions or issues we have had (dog barking all day) and they have been resolved quickly. Our daughter is really happy with her space, the price and the fact that they do a background check on everyone and are... picky about who they allow to live there. We are so happy we found these!

The other review is a lie, this place is amazing!!!
I first saw this apartment complex in November and I loved it. However the one building was at capacity and the other building wasn’t quite finished yet, so I waited 4 months. They got approved in February and I moved in at the end of the month. If you are looking at this place definitely schedule a tour with Lori or Rada thy are both super sweet and helpful. The apartments are just as pictured to the tee. They are bright and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away. The price is such... a deal for everything this place comes with. I truly am thankful to have an apartment here! P.S sometimes the ladies are busy so just be patient they WILL get back to you! Good luck! :)

Happy so far !
A nice team of employees here, everyone is helpful and friendly. My favorite thing in the apartment is the huge closet ! Plus, it's only a short drive to Kent State and I can ride my bike to shopping and food across the street. I'm glad I found this place !
