My apartment is a one bedroom apartment that is very spacious and perfect for me! The rent is affordable and the landlord is fantastic and they are always right on top of things if something needs fixed. Would recommend to anyone

I am relatively new to the area and lived with my daughter for over a year before I could find a decent and affordable apartment for myself and my little dog. There are four units in each building and I found the same building layouts when I was looking at apartments, but they were all very poorly maintained. These buildings were built in the 40's and Royal York apartments, owned by Joseph Skilken Organization, have been updated and maintained. They are located close to everything you'd need... with ample parking and a very attentive staff. The apartments are small but perfect for one person or a couple. I am very happy with my choice.
