This building is not the prettiest or fanciest apartment, but what it lacks in luster it makes up for in Great customer service! The maintenance men are hard working and are very quick to respond to issues. When our garbage disposal needed to be reset, a low priority issue, it was done within 24 hours of our request. They were even on top of snow removal in the winter, which is very important for this area. The office staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and are very receptive to issues and... concerns. The only thing that I could say would be a let down was that this is a basic apartment. I was in the one bedroom unit where there was not a dishwasher and minimal counter space. I had to get creative with pieces that I brought into the apartment to supplement for the lack of counter space.
