No one answers the phone
Soo i see that they have a 3 bedroom coming available.. So I've been calling to inquire about it. I wanted to do a application and apply but no one ever answers the phone here or calls back. They did the same thing again 3 years ago when I tried to apply. So I tried again hoping there was maybe new management or something has changed but I guess not. I'm just a little confused on how they actually have residents out there but no office stay there to even answer the phone or door???????

Raising the rent
I don’t live here, but my auntie does and I absolutely love the place. I been thinking about moving here for a couple years now. My aunt loves the place, but they keep raising the rent every year. She’s thinking about moving out. If there is an apartment that I like I plan on staying a few years, but raising the rent every year and not improving any thing in the townhomes kind of sucks. I’m still looking into the place but now I’m really not sure I want to move here.

Jefferson Commons Apartments
This apartment is more like a condo. The grounds are well kept. The manager lives here also and comes to your aid in a very short time,when needed. I have two large bedrooms with full baths in each of them on the second floor. I have a half bath on the first floor, large living room and a nice kitchen with plenty of storage. Off from my living room is a fenced in patio. Along with all of that I have an attached garage and a full basement with washer and dryer hook-ups. This is the nicest... apartment I ever had. I love living here which is close to shopping and the highway.
