Great curb appeal and cleanliness! Office staff are amazing!
I want to thanks ms. Dannita for all her hard work getting us approved moving me into my new home today I also want to thank Sara for all her help when ms. Dannita is out of office. Thanks to the grounds Davie and maintenance Andrew, Dan, Ty and Sean for going above and beyond in getting the apartment ready!! The curb appeal and the updates in the apartments are great! Great clean community and love the playground
I want to thank Ms.Dannita for all her hard work for getting us approved and moved into our new home today. I also want to thank Sara for all her help for when Ms. Dannita is out of the office. The upgrades in the apartment and the playground are amazing! Lastly I want to thank the team and the grounds men for cleaning Davie, maintenance Dan, Andrew, Ty and Sean.

Outstanding customer service and very clean property
The property is very clean and welcoming. The apartments we seen were nice and upgraded but we fell in love with the garden apartment. The community has laundry facility available. Sara, Dannita and Jeanette in the officer were absolutely outstanding in the whole process. Sara was on top of finding the apartment that we wanted, following up and during the application. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Customer service on point.
