Lived here for 2-3 years Great safe, clean, and peaceful complex to reside in. Staff is professional, responsive and kind. Maintenance crew always showed up same day or next business day. The schools are also amazing. Highly recommend.

Decent nice place to live
Quiet, Friendly, Family/Dog Friendly Place to live. The interior is okay and really needed to be upgraded but other than that it’s a nice place to live. I recommend it

Parking is an issue
Management does not enforce parking. Seems petty, I know. When I get home at 3am and there's no parking available, it's a problem, for me, especially since my lease states I am allowed (unassigned) parking. There's been a handful of other times when I've had to park clear on the other side of the property, just to find spot. Right now there's a neighbor taking up 4 spots. I went to management a few weeks ago about this issue and I was told they are not enforcing parking. So essentially when... there's no parking available the terms of my lease are being violated.

Avoid if you're a non-smoker
3 stars because the grounds actually are taken well care of, and the neighborhood in general is great. If you are a non smoker you will want to avoid this place. Every single day I can smell cigarettes or marijuana inside my apartment, even though my particular lease states the property is non smoking. As I type this the stench of marijuana is stinking up my apartment, as it has for months now. Spend the extra, and go someplace that will enforce the non smoking clause in your lease. I won't... renew, and plan to gladly spend the extra to avoid the constant headaches, burning eyes, and stench, and a property management that cares about the health and wellbeing of their non smoking residents.
