Took a look at this apartment, and it was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures here. Talked to some residents, and apparently there are multiple issues ranging from washing machines being completely broken to residents throwing trash off their balconies instead of bringing it to the dumpsters. Does not seem to be worth it.

Outside Lighting is Terrible
I live in Midtown Apartments and the outside lighting is horrible it is dangerous the lights flicker on and off if you park in the back of building three or two the lighting is very bad there is no Lighting in the back of apartment three I drove through all of them at night. Cars are being vandalized because this light of this lighting issue. All the other buildings except building one or not kept up they're dirty and the common area and kids play and hang out in the lobbies the back doors are... not safe they've been broke you can just walk in if you come in from the back parking lots of some of the buildings. I've informed management over and over again other neighbors have too but they continue to do nothing about the lighting and the secure doors on the building and the children playing in the lobby. The building inspectors need to be called out to address these issues.

Thank you new owners I believe you can make a big difference in this place
Midtown Towers has recently gone under a change of management; so it is now owned by a new company called Oakmark Management and I have been blown away by the service provided. For over the year I have lived here, I faced numerous issues with the other management. It got so bad to the point where I was starting to think it was time for a move, but this new management has gone above and beyond to work with me and finally address the issues and concerns I have had. Cheers to Oakmark Management!

Terrible!
Worst management ever! So bad management changes every couple of months. The residents are dirty with bad roach infestations that cause them to come into your apartment. Pest control only puts down bait they dont spray to kill them so they ultimately dont help at all! Hallways always are smelly. Maintenance will knock once and will enter your home weather you allow them in or not even if you are sleep they will come in without you knowing and starting working. Dont move here worst apartment I... have ever lived in.

Don't be fooled by the fake photos.
Roaches. Rude management. Trash overflow. Dirty/smelly hallways. Over priced. Get out before 30 days. ROACHES!
