Just moved in little over a month ago and I love it here. Everything is perfect

I'm usually not one to give reviews but I have loved living here! The grounds are well kept, all of the staff is helpful & friendly, not to mention it's so peaceful here. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house. I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for a great apartment in a great area!

I recently moved into Evergreen and I loved it from the first look. It is situated on 33 Farm Acres and surrounded by farms which are grandfathered in to remain farms. Every view in my apartment shows nature and wildlife . I don't hear my neighbors and feels like I am on vacation all the time. The property manager Danielle is so delightful from the moment you walk thru the door. She is very helpful it securing you a home which you will feel like you should have moved here sooner. She makes sure... every question is answered and your problems if any will be solved instantly. The maintenance live on the premises and come to your aid quickly . The office houses a variety of fun features from a Wi-Fi café to a billiard room and exercise room with the latest equipment. The party room is beautiful with a fireplace and full kitchen to entertain your events. You need to see this to believe it . We moved in to the 3rd story (top floor) here at Evergreen Farms in March 2014 into a split 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and have had a great experience for the past year and a half. The space is perfect for the two of us and a cat. The master is perfect for a queen size bed and easily will fit a long dresser and end tables. The connected walk in closet is huge with built in closet organizer. The second bedroom is excellent size and we use it as an office. The space is enough to fit 2 desks... and not be all up in each others business while working! The connected bathroom is a full bathroom which is great if you have company over. Stacked washer and drier is provided and convenient (no lugging the laundry down to the laundry mat and spending $20 just to wash clothes!). Plenty of storage with another large closet in the spare room that stores all the holiday decor and extra odds and ends lying around. The balcony is great to sit out on and enjoy a nice summer night and large enough for 4 chairs and 2 smAll end tables. The maintenance crew is very quick and responsive when you call the front office. The office employees also are extremely friendly and very willing to help with any issues you have.
