Washer and dryer are in the basement for free use for the residents. I take good care of the building and maintenance calls are taken care of as soon as I possibly can. I am the owner and manager of the property.
I will consider small dogs and cats, but first must approve of them. It's important to me to make the property an enjoyable place for all the residents, so a congenial and quiet dog is a must. We require a non-refundable $150 deposit for pets and a $25 monthly "rental" fee for the pet.
